Stanleys Fish is unique, the batter is made fresh in house and was created by a pastry chef. Each person, that orders fish and chips, receives a large peice of fish with a light coating of batter and fried to perfection. There is no excess oil hidden in the batter and there is more fish than batter in each bite.
